5 WAYS TO MAKE YOUR FIRST SALES ONLINE PART 1

Slow and steady might win the race. But after you spent thousands of dollars with your store, now it’s time to cash in faster than you can say cash in. That is why in today’s video I’m going to share with you 5 Best Ways to Make Your First Sales Online (and offline).

So, let’s see how you can make money right from the first day. Actually, you can apply these strategies even if you already launched your store. Let’s dive in:

1.    Make sure you’ve set up already your social media assets. Make a list with your friends and send them an irresistible coupon. Never overlook the power of word-to-mouth marketing. Your friends and family should be the first people you should target with your online store. All you have to do is send it to them through Facebook, WhatsApp, or any other social media channel that you use. Ask them to buy from you, if it’s something they want to buy.

2. Use the power of influencers: use especially people who don’t post content in fashion, but they need to change outfits often. Take me for example: I shoot videos every day – at least one video – some of the problems that I have are related to the fact that sometimes I don’t have anything to wear, or I filmed in an outfit too many times, and so on. In this case here’s what you can do: send an email to that influencer, state the conditions, how do you want the picture/video to be, asked them not just to tag you or your store in their photo, but also to tell their audience that your store is opening and that they can use a discount code when they purchase. Create a FIRST PURCHAISE COUPON – while building your site and sharing on social media only post with “OPENING SOON” instead of “OPENING SOON” message, you can add an alert bar, informing your visitors that they can receive a discount code that they can use to make purchases in the day the shop opens. This is such a valuable step not only because you’ll have cash-flow right from the first day, but you’ll also collect their email addresses allowing you to be in contact with them.

5. Another thing you can do, is to incentives your customers with “FREE GIFTS”. An offer that you’ll make on the opening day! Use the word “GIFTS” instead of “STUFF” or “ITEMS” or any other word.  Many people react, WE REACT, because we like to receive GIFTS. If you have a clothing store, you can send a small piece of jewelry. make sure you offer quality gifts. The customer experience will be amazing! And you can ask them to take a photo with that gift, post it on their social media accounts, and tag your store in the comments. Not everybody will do it, but you don’t ask them, for sure, nobody will do it. Asking them will ensure you that in time you’ll start to see social interaction around your brand. And small values add up in time, creating huge results. So, don’t ignore that.
