It comes a time when you feel down or tired and you would love some inspiration or you just want to see a good movie.
It's a natural state and it comes and goes. But when I feel that I spend too much time with this mixed of feelings, I search for a way to get back in my best mental and emotional shape. Throughout the years I've discovered that reading helps, but due to the lack of time and focus I've learnt that there's a much more rapid way: MOVIES.
It's a fast forward solution, but it works like a charm. I'm not saying neither that it's the only way, nor that it's the best way. I'm saying that it's working for me and I hope it'll work for you too. I have a rule though... I don't watch more than a single movie per week. If you choose to do otherwise, I must warn you that a habit that should help you relax and find true inspiration could transform easily into a wasting time habit.
Below you'll find a list that I've compiled of transformational, inspirational movies. Although I'm a woman and I love to watch movies with powerful women, I've added a few "MEN" titles, because I also love "boxing" movies. My favorite one (to which I relate a lot due to a very difficult period of my life life) is Cinderella Man (YES! At some point in my life, I had to "fight for milk").
